# Check Your Invoices

You can check and download issued invoices from the "Invoices" list at the bottom of the screen.

> Organizations that subscribe through AWS Marketplace do not see an invoice list. AWS issues the invoices. Check them in the AWS Billing console. For details, see [Subscribing Through AWS Marketplace](/en/specifications/billing-aws-marketplace/).

## 1. Invoice List Display and Retrieval Specifications

Issued invoices are listed newest first, and you can check the following items for each invoice (you can download the PDF for each invoice individually from its row).

The displayed items are as follows.

- Status (payment status)
- Invoice number
- Usage period (all dates are shown in UTC)
- Invoice amount

The status values are as follows.

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Open | The invoice amount is finalized and payment is pending |
| Paid | Payment is complete |
| Void | The invoice itself has been canceled and is no longer payable |
| Uncollectible | Payment could not be confirmed after repeated retries, and further collection is no longer expected |

Note: The "Open" status here is the normal per-invoice status (payment pending). It has a different meaning from the contract status "Unpaid" described on the [Contract Status, Billing Information, and Payment Method Management](/en/specifications/billing-contract-and-payment-info/) page (a state the contract itself reaches after repeated payment retries have failed).

## 2. Downloading Invoices (PDF) and What They Include

From the invoice list, you can download a PDF file that meets the requirements of a Qualified Invoice (compliant with Japan's Qualified Invoice System). The included items are as follows.

| Issuer information | JIG-SAW INC., address, contact information, and Qualified Invoice Issuer registration number (T3430001027574) |
| Billing information | Your organization's billing recipient name (legal entity), address, and delivery email |
| Invoice amount and due date | Invoice amount, payment due date, and issue date |
| Line items (quantity, unit price, amount) | Base fee, AI executions, Data storage (with the free tier applied), Data ingestion |
| Breakdown | Subtotal, applied credit (deduction), consumption tax (%), invoice amount (total) |

## 3. Consumption Tax

The applicable consumption tax is automatically applied and calculated on your invoice amount, regardless of your payment method.
