# Billing, Payments, and Contract Changes

Explains organization-level billing and payment operations, checking your contract status and usage, and setting up cost alerts.

## Overview

Lorel.ai provides a billing management feature (Billing) for members with the organization's "Owner" and "Billing" roles, letting you check your contract status, billing information, and handle payment-related procedures from within the app (some procedures go through a dedicated contact form instead).

- **Invoices and usage.** Retrieve issued invoices and check this month's usage.
- **Cost management.** Set up cost alerts to track and manage overage on usage-based charges.
- **Contract and billing information.** Review your contract details, and check or update your billing information (recipient name, address, etc.).
- **Plan changes, payment method changes, and cancellation.** Change your contract plan and update your registered credit card directly from the screen, and cancel your next renewal (cancellation procedure) — if it can't be done on screen, this is also possible through the dedicated contact form. Switching your payment method type (credit card ⇄ bank transfer) is not handled on screen at all; it is available only through the dedicated contact form.
