Notifications are now available

You can now receive notifications via the bell icon in the top right for the following events:

• Incident created, assignee changed, severity changed, reopened, and mentions of you
• Task created, assignee changed, severity changed, reopened, and mentions of you
• AI agent execution failures or skips

Click the bell icon to view your notification list, mark items read/unread, delete individually, or mark all as read.
